Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchange
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.*
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@ampedtablelamps.ca.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

 4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will take up to 14 days. 
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to your order. 

5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please contact us to initiate the process.
- You may need to return the original item before the new item is sent out.

 6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for replacements.

* Original BTC Lighting products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. However, they come with a one year warranty. Please reach out to returns@ampedtablelamps.ca to return Original BTC Lighting products.
